Father Bressani CHS wins second place in Faith in Our Future video contest

This past fall, the Ontario Catholic Schools Trustees’ Association (OCSTA) invited all students from Grades 4-12 in Ontario’s Catholic schools to participate in its annual Faith in Our Future video contest.

Students were asked to submit a two-minute video about the meaning of Advent from the perspective of students, individuals, or groups/classes in the Catholic school environment. The videos also highlighted Gospel values taught throughout the school year curriculum delivered in Ontario’s publicly funded Catholic schools.

The York Catholic District School Board congratulates Father Bressani Catholic High School in Vaughan, which won second place in the secondary school category.

A total of 18 video submissions were sent to OCSTA from York Catholic schools. All submissions can be viewed on the OCSTA YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com/ocstavideo1.
