Remembrance Day art installation at St. Maximilian Kolbe CHS

On November 11th the St. Maximilian Arts department will be using Art, Dance, Drama and Music to reflect and remember on the lives of those who have sacrificed everything for our safety and freedom. MAX ART Council which aims to focus on developing a supportive environment of awareness, appreciation and participation in the arts has created an installation to commemorate Remembrance Day. This art installation created by MAX ART is meant to serve as a powerful and inspiring symbol of what the poppy has become. Remembrance Day gives Canadians an opportunity to honour veterans and our members serving today in conflicts around the world. It is important that we take the time to remember these individuals who have devoted their lives for our safety.
